My kids loved the demo. Just simple fun with some neat characters. This will be a Christmas gift.

I've seen some claims of it being overly difficult. I won't get to it for a while so I don't know for sure.

The final few levels are a little bit tough. They are beatable. If you are trying to get every item in the level, then the challenge is there. This applies to like the last 3-5 levels out of nearly 60. So. Not to bad!

Great game. Awesome gameplay. Looks amazing. It's one of the best platformers I've ever played (from the NES to Current Systems).

My son actually turned into the little kid from "A Christmas Story", leaving a copy of Game Informer open to a full-page ad for Rayman Origins so I'd find it. I suppose I respect his resourcefulness.

I just played the demo and was very suprised. In a good way. I kind of question the replay value of games like this so I'll wait until the price drop a little but I beleive I'll pick it up down the road.

Just bought it for $50 on Amazon with the art book. It will be a Christmas gift for my kids and I'm sure I'll have fun with it too.

I purchased this after being very impressed with the demo. The game is just fantastic and a joy to play! I hope everyone gives this game a chance. I urge all to at least try the demo.

I hope many more games use this UbiArt Framework engine because this game is drop dead gorgeous and plays really well

It's so good and just keeps getting better. I played for 10 hours now, and have 3 worlds and a lot of optional challenges left. The difficulty ramps up nicely and the checkpoints are pretty lenient. The toughest stuff is mostly the optional chase sequences and figuring out boss patterns. It's such a charming game that's probably the best looking and animating 2D game I've ever seen. The controls are tight and responsive (best played with the analog stick I think), soundtrack is really great, and the platforming, well, is bliss.

My fiancée got me this for Christmas.... WOW what a game. I can't believe this thread is only three pages long. People are truly missing out on one of the best (and prettiest) games of the year.
