Re: Battlefield 3
After trying support, I may make that my class. Usually I run assault but since there are so many, I figure that I could try something different. Plus, ammo in choke points is really vital, especially for recon and engineers.Too Old To Game Club

Re: Battlefield 3
Im not 100% but Im pretty sure you spent a great deal of time killing me last night lol. I was playing with 65south, and I spent a lot of time watching what you were doing after you killed me.I'm starting to hate randoms.
Assault isn't just "run around and shoot people." You are a medic too, act like it.
I was an MVP for a game because I stayed in the hall way of Bazaar and revived my teammates so we could keep that position. May have killed like, 8 people.Comment

Just like BC2 where people pretended that a LMG meant you didn't have to heal. Oh well. I think with the launch of the other game, the randoms could get better after the herd is thinned out.I'm starting to hate randoms.

Re: Battlefield 3
Yeah I've been rolling mostly support class. Really feel in love with it pretty quick, especially once I got C4 and destroy tanks with ease.
Assault class not dropping health is the most frustrating thing ever though.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I was stuck on a bridge on the beta level and it was like I was in the middle of the firefight from the movie Heat. The sights and sounds were so cool that I turned into a spectator.
The other team started crossing the bridge infront of me one by one. I woke out of my haze to Kill 7 in a row. It was amazing!Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I really can't blame people for not spotting. Since the only manual we have is "in game" now. I miss the good old days, when we actually got a tangible manual we could hold in our hands.
The key to winning is spotting, and if only a handful of people are doing it on your team it is pretty tough to win. I know that sometimes it's difficult to do, because you don't want to waste that millisecond of time spotting, but it is worth the sacrifice if you die.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
It seems my spotting doesn't work. I know there is a new system in place so that the spot isn't a wall hack, but I've been right behind a tank and hit the key I use to spot on my keyboard, and no orange triangle or tank mark, I get nothing.I really can't blame people for not spotting. I'm always trying to spot, but it won't let me.
