Think of Conquest like Domination on a much, much bigger scale. Capture the majority of points and defend them. Where as in Rush the map opens slowly, in Conquest the entire map is open from the start.

If you want a lot of action, defend the forward base if you have it captured. If you feel more comfortable in the back defend the rear bases and spot like a mad man. Sooner or later you will get some action especially on the smaller maps, except for maybe Metro.

This was the Original BF mode.

Oh, cool. I didn't know you were on OS. I do remember spawning on your location repeatedly. Your a good player too. Makes the game soooooo much fun when guys actually PTO....Play The Objective. I love playing Rush. Not really into cap the flag or deathmatch, not yet anyways. i'll be on again tonight more than likely. Good times.

I love the M416. I've got the holo, grip, and silencer on it and it's my mid-range gun of choice. I've got an ACOG on the unlockable M16 and use when I need more range since it's burst/single only.

Don't underestimate the usefulness of the silencer FWIW - people seem to really lean on sound and mini-map blips more than they should. Flanking becomes much easier when the other team has trouble figuring out exactly where you're firing from. The damage performance loss is more than compensated by that advantage IMO.

Last night was fun playing with everyone but I had to stop playing and work on my computer. Idk what's wrong with it. My monitior is saying no signal detected then it goes into sleep mode. I checked all the cords and everything is plugged in tight. the computer is running and all the lights come on . Its just the monitor is not getting a signal from the cpu

Everyones friend list is full. I tried a lot of them. The only hope I have of playing in OS games is you, war eagle, and jval.

Picked this up for PC on Saturday and finally got a chance to hook up with my friends last night. Played a few games of Conquest and had a blast. Whenever you can get a squad of guys that will work together the way it's intended, it's a BLAST.

With that being said, sometimes, it's just fun to mess around. A friend of mine and myself just cruised around in a tank for the majority of a match just messing stuff up. No real rhyme or reason, just having a good time. All the while, our other friend/squadmate was flying a jet while playing the Top Gun soundtrack. Good times.

I'm trying to work my way into the recon and support class.

I play best as an assault/medic. You can ask anyone I've played with, I'm good about revives and laying down health. I'm trying to max that class first, but If the team needs it I'll swap to an engineer to take down choppers or tanks. I'm loving this game.. there's so many ways to play this game.. it never gets stale.

I used to do something similar on BC2, kept the game fresh for me. I ended up becoming beast with F2000, which is a gun I wouldn't have touched otherwise, lots of fun doing this.
