Re: Battlefield 3
If I ever revive someone in the middle of a huge gun fight, don't expect an apology from me. I'm willing to revive someone and take the chance of them dieing again, if it might help the team save tickets and keep bodies on the front line. I've heard some complaints about it lately and I really don't understand what the problem is. Like I've mentioned before, if you play with me, expect to get revived a bunch.. that's just how I play.
Also, I finally surpassed my goal of 400spm.. which too a long time lol.

Re: Battlefield 3
I hadn't thought about that, but i don't think that would really be very difficult and it would add so much to the game. Even if they put the MCOM's in the same general area but a different spot, it would change the way people attack most of them. That's a great idea. They should have different spots for all the MCOM's and you just get a random set when you start up a game.PSN: Koolie_G

Or a mode where both sides have to find the MCOM's without any HUD indicators until someone locates it.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I might hope on and play a little bit. Anybody want to play? I seem to do a lot better when playing with people who know what they're doing. I'm still getting some of the stuff worked out so if it's just me it can get frustrating.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I was playing rush on Noshar. I was in the anti air tank thingy. (Which by the way, is BEASTLY. I never used it before. lol)
I was racking up kills left and right. I was parked towards the outskirts, away from the action, in a spot which I thought that the enemy would be "Out of Area" if he tried to plant C4. Plus, there was a random teammate hanging around at my rear, so I figured that he would kill anybody trying to run up on me.
Long story short, I catch a dude on me, so I hop out immediately and riddle him with bullets. I see the other guy just standing there and looking around. WTF?...Then I look and see that the guy got the C4 on there.
I thought that, just like enemy mines, I could just remove it since I was engineer class. Didn't work.
Then I thought, "maybe I could just torch them off." Followed immediately by the thought, "Idiot. If this was real life, would you take a torch to C4?" Good point brain. Good point.
Then I got the brilliant idea to toss a grenade to blow them up and if I was inside at the time of explosion, the vehicle wouldn't take damage.
The sequence went...
Toss grenade
Hop inside tank
Crossbones
Deployment
I'm sure that the random teammate that was just hanging around was laughing his butt off.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
Yup, I have stated since the day the game came out and still support my view about that vehicle being overpowered. I believe they slightly reduced the damage to infantry, but it's still a quick kill. Sit back, relax and you can wipe out a ton of choppers and even infantry in the distance. It's much easier to use on the first set of MCOMs as all you have to worry about are the choppers getting to you. Once your team does well enough to push them back into the water, no infantry can reach you. Boats die within seconds, AMTRAC should be disabled halfway in the water, and choppers take a bit to kill, but will eventually go down.
I got my longest kill streak in it (30-0) and the match lasted about 5-6 minutes. I destroyed half their tickets all by myself easily. I honestly do not understand how several people who use it can hardly get a single kill with it.Last edited by mikenoob; 01-26-2012, 03:08 PM.Comment

Had fun with tmagic an jnes. Feel like I'm getting closer to where I want to be. I might hop on later. Depends on if I feel like playing mass effect 2

Re: Battlefield 3
Same. I have my matches where I do a lot better. Overall, I'm starting to prefer this game over MW3. I feel like I have to think more and overall play a better game to go plus. I also like the objective based games as it's more fun with teammates.Comment
