I agree. The last match I played though...
Jnes, BD, FFC-Badboyz and I jumped into a 500 ticket rush match on the final set and successfully defended it on Metro. I got on with about 487 tickets to go. When Badboyz joined he said, "There is a 100% chance that we lose." I agreed.
Then we got the down to 400 tickets. I said great, we just beat them at Rush. Badboyz kept reminding us the good news is we beat them at rush the bad news is we have beat them four more times. 300 Tickets... said the same thing.
Around 200 is when I started noticing rage quitters on their team. Then we decided we can to this. There was a couple of close disarms.
120 tickets, we said we better not lose we've gone too far. Around 20 tickets was when I got a little nervous because I did not want to lose it after 480 tickets, but we succeeded.
I had such a rush of adrenaline it was unbelievable.
Side note: I wonder how they will implement Matches on console?Comment

I haven't played since Monday night so I'll probably need a little warm up session.
BTW fellas, I'm thinking of renting a server and keeping the standard settings but have a good rotation of rush, Conquest and Conquest Assault for BTK maps.
I'll also turn it into a practice server from time to time so I can finally learn how to fly a chopper instead of turning it into an instant sky anchor plummeting sideways into the ground.

Finally got the CITV station unlocked after a tank rampage last night. That sounds pretty pathetic, though haha.
This is true. I find with high ticket counts, TDM is the only mode that can still remain balanced. Sometimes conquest will remain tight, and I've found that higher ticket counts can actually give the weaker team a chance to build a comeback. I know on occasions I've come back from 400 tickets down; I would imagine it happens over time because bad players leave and better players join.Comment

I was going to start my own server too, but I would never be sure how to keep it populated. I have some great servers saved that seem to Always be populated.
I know some don't like custom servers, but I have no problems with them. I Always find a good server to play in.

I like custom servers too especially when they have a good map rotation going, only thing I hate is when they ban you for being "good" lol. Did not like them when they first started tho..Comment

As much as I have piloted a chopper, I finally unlocked the guided rocket for the attack heli. Will that allow me to lock tanks on the ground ? I know I have them unlocked for the gunner spot all ready.

What I look for when I cruise around looking for a server,is a solid map rotation.
I also try and stay away from the 8,000 ticket servers.
I'm not a "stat padder" so I don't need to play 1750 conquest Metro for an hour or more. I rarely run into any of that. It's usually just normal rules too like no Glitches, Spawn Camping, or trying to roadkill with the MAV.

Guided rockets don't lock on to land vehicles, you're thinking about guided missiles. It moves slightly toward tanks and whatnot making it a little more accurate, but it's not really noticeable if you're flying in close and attacking. It's pretty much only useful when shooting from afar. It used to have an effect on shooting other choppers, but they changed it in one of the patches.
