This is exactly why I'm avoiding AK till something gets done. Just unplayable.

While I agree that Rush is unplayable, conquest is actually pretty enjoyable I have found on the consoles. Just one mans opinion, but conquest appears to be balanced and fair.

I believe rjturner is mainly a rush player, I have yet to try rush on armored kill, but I may tonight.

Man, I'm getting beyond frustrated with my internet situation.

I'm about to buy a new modem. It's the only thing left to do. I did a speed test and I'm not even getting .5 mbps for some reason. This is absurd.

I don't know if the patching of the spawn time is going to solve the problem of the unbalanced Rush maps.

They just need to add a Flanker or mobile AA for the defenders on Rush. It would also be nice if the AC-130 would start shaking at around 20-30%. There is no effect at all on the crew in the plane when that thing is on fire.

Prefer the quick pace. Plus there is more of a thinking element to it, like how to take this, which side should we take it from.. That sort of thing. Conquest is too... all over the place for me.

Really think they messed up Conquest in bf3 by trying to make the same stages across PC/Console. Everytime I play a jet stage on conquest it feels like I took my family to disney world and everybody is off doing their own thing.

"I want to fly the Jet"
"I want to fly the other Jet"
"I want to fly the chopper"
"I want to ride in the fast jeep and capture as many flags as possible before reinforcements arrive."
"I want to run 800 feet away from any action and snipe"

Have you tried conquest close combat assault ? Its a fun mode IMO.

I don't know what it is fellas, I'm just not into BF3 right now. I can't stand the constant balancing act DICE feels they need to do to the game, meanwhile they let major things like Game Sound dropping continue.

It seems DICE listens to the small majority of the BF3 who are the most vocal. Could it be that the rest of us are enjoying the game just fine?!?!?!

When I got killed by the M16A3 or the M4A1 I didn't run to the message boards or tweet to DICE developers about my bad day, I tried to adapt and figure out why I got killed, did I take a bad angle? Did I run into a room without peaking it? I guess it's easier to complain about someone else using a OP weapon than to try and figure out why you truly got pawned. That is the beauty of BF3 to me, the learning curve it took to be successful at this game.

Maybe with MW3 not being successful and many of those players converting to BF3 was not so great for the community. Maybe it was all the MW3 players who were getting pawned by experienced BF3 players who were complaining. And DICE/ EA recognizing a chance to grow and keep a bigger market share, caved to the pleading by this new group of players. I don't know. But the Close Quarters Add On release does give us an idea that DICE / EA was catering to the COD players.

I think the nerf to the Tanks pushed me over the edge. I consider myself a very good tank driver and there a people out there who know how to take the right angles to take me down with C4 (War, T-Magic, Peeope, Crazyman are especially good at it). They don't need any help, especially when my gunner dumps .50cal rounds into them and they keep coming. A tank should be OP against infantry but DICE had the balance right in my opinion prior to this patch. A skilled engineer or support team can take down tanks with ease. And they can hold off tanks with the right tactics.

I'll probably get back into this game again. I always have fun playing with OS crew, it's great to dominate with a good team but I always have fun with the gang too. Lots of laughs.

But for now I am REALLY looking forward to Borderlands 2 next week and AC3 next month.
