The SCAR-L, in my opinion, might just be the best weapon in the whole game. Slower rate of fire, meaning less recoil, but still powerful while remaining accurate. In just 5 hours of using the thing I have already racked up 514 kills and 5 service stars.

I could get 2, maybe 3 kills in a clip using the M16 but would struggle due to the high rate of fire. With the SCAR-L, I can get up to 5 max in a clip (Depending on situation/ranges). Stick a holographic sight on it, with a flash suppressor and a fore grip, thing whoops butt like no tomorrow.

We decided to go into a squad death match to end the night and ended up equiping our SV98's with ACOG's, going round No/Quick scoping people. I personally hate it when people do it, but just as a bit of fun, it was cool.

I just unlocked the Scar-L and it really is a good gun.

I like both the AUG and SCAR-L from the CQ. I'm racking up service stars quicker with the AUG than I have any other gun. I went into TDM to test out the SCAR-L and went 29-7 in my first go with it, without attachments. I stood up top on Tehran and dropped people, easily...

I think the hardest CQ Assignment for me could be the 20 AT Rocket kills.

You guys have talked me into using the SCAR-L. I tried it a couple games last night before my internet went out. I did pretty well with it, but I'll know how much I like it once I get the Kobra or the Holo sight.

Hopefully my internet will be back up and running tonight.

I couldn't stay connected last night. I don't have as much fun on the original maps as I do CQ on the AK and B2K maps.

I like the Alborz Mountains map a lot.

I also find it almost useless to try piloting a viper or havoc, now. It seems like my ECM Jammer has absolutely no effect, because of the ridiculous amount of **** that can take me down. Everyone is rocking stingers + jets, anti air, and other helicopters.. I have a lot more fun in a jet.

I have been having a lot of fun playing with randoms. I have found some really good team mates, just through random games.

I have been waiting a while to unlock the ECM's for the jets mainly because I did not fly much while playing the game until recently. However, I was stuck at home for a week due to having my wisdom teeth out (a little late at 27) and being on medication that would not allow me to travel for work and was able to get a lot of battlefield 3 time. While the ECM's help me at times it seems that once someone locks on and fires the ECM's do not do anything for me. Maybe I am using them wrong? But I do remember when I would try to lock on with stingers and shoot, or even if it was a heat seeking missle and someone fired those ECM's it would still deflect the missle that was fired. I must be doing something wrong.

I think the ECM only protects you for 11 seconds and then it takes a few seconds to reload. It's better than using flares, but you still have to take out your attacker or find a way to evade. On the wide open maps, it's nearly impossible to stay in the air for extended periods of time.

I still love flying and it's a lot of fun, but it can be frustrating. I've almost got my second attack helicopter service star.

I think I'm gonna play some before the football game. I'm really wanting to unlock those other scopes for the SCAR-L. Not sure why I'm so obsessed with accomplishing that.

Spent a lot of time sniping recently, really enjoying myself. When your in pairs you can be really dangerous. Me and my friend have worked in pairs for a while now, to the point where we can now take 1 body shot each on the same guy and drop him in a second. Communication is a brilliant thing. Can be twice as effective as trying to go for the head shot.

Best feeling though is getting head shots on guys as they plant the charges.
