Re: Battlefield 3
Aww yeah!
I unlocked the A-91 for the engineer class a few hours ago.. I am in love! Also, I can't get used to the new helicopter controls. I can stay in the air, but I can't control it well enough for combat. I wish it was the same controls as BC2.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
Game has been a lot of fun, especially when I've been able to play with a friend. However I feel that this isn't really my cup of tea. I'm far too much of an aggressive player for this game. I'm more used to rushing around maps, flanking teams, and taking out three, four guys before going down. While you can still have amazing multiple kill moments in Battlefield it's much harder, and those moments come around a lot fewer.
I've tried to slow down my Gameplay a lot, but if I don't start getting action in a minute or two I get impatient and run out and start looking for it. Which usually leads to me getting or a kill or so then quickly dying to a guy up in a window, or a sniper. Sometimes I'll be in Conquest Matches on Caspian Border, or Kharg Island... and it will be long Half an Hour matches, where the Battles are almost exclusively in Tanks, and Aircrafts... and you will sometimes go the whole match not seeing a Single Gun fight. Which I know is the staple of the BF series, and I can see how it is great fun I guess I just fit in better in more twitch type shooters.Minnesota Vikings

Re: Battlefield 3
I love this game. Flying jets is becoming easier and easier for me which is really fun, but I don't feel I am helping out the team too much when flying them. All I am doing is destroying other jets that are doing nothing, but trying to destroy me. I get the occasional helicopter and tank, and a few spot assists per match, but other than that it's just pointless dog-fighting, but a lot of fun still.
I think once I unlock the rocket pods in a 100 or so points I'll be able to take out more ground troops/vehicles which will definitely make me more effective.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Battlefield 3
Finally got a team to realize that laying down smoke in Metro for capturing flags was a good idea to let us push forward, spent 75% of the match fighting the other team from taking all 3 flags, ended up losing with the other team only have 8 tickets left. Best part was the other team kept trying to flank from outside to B and I just sat there mowing them down, racking up kills.Aaron

Re: Battlefield 3
Seine Crossing is really, really fun. Even more fun is holding down A and taking out snipers in the buildings with my SMAW. After I killed two, I then destroyed the facade of the building so nobody could hide any longer in those windows.
So. Much. Fun.Comment
