Anyone else rock a certain gun just cause you like it in real life?? I been using the M4 alot more cause it is one of my favorite weapons in real life. Yet in game it is only so so.

Honestly, any weapon can be good in the right hands.

The damage model in this game is very high. Well, at least if you play on Hardcore mode like everyone should.

Also, I think it would be awesome if more games implemented a clan system into their game, sort of like Socom had attempted. The only problem with Socom: Confrontation, was that the entire system was never functional.. it was almost useless. When I had my own website, our clan still had to rely on GameBattles.

I actually have it for both to play with different friends. I'm better on the 360 though as the controller feels better to me.

Hardcore allows friendly fire, way increased damage, and no orange dots on the screen, and there's probably more

But what it does is makes everyone want to use mortars and snipe because of the increased damage. I've found it's not very fun compared to normal

No hud display either in the bottom right corner.

The new maps that are the large versions I havent had the issue with snipers and mortars but definitely something I see on smaller maps along with the throwback BF2 maps

Ah, true. I haven't played hardcore on the B2K maps

Also, for anyone who flies jets, the F-35 can hover if you hold L2 (LB on XBOX I think). I just found that out

It was hilarious when people were first finding that out. I've never seen so many planes crash.

Freaking USAS and the B2K shotgun with frags on Metro. We had a game where we were getting killed I think it was like 300-140 or something ridiculous like that at one point and I finally said **** it I'm using the USAS with frags and so did C_Morris (I'm not sure who else) but we turned the tables quickly but it was still not enough. You can tell how unskilled some of the guys that use it are, I got killed by the same guy 4 times with the USAS and then when I started using it I killed him five times in a row and I went out of my way to let him know too

Here's my fix for the USAS and B2K shotgun (MK3A1 I think):

If you use frags, it must become pump action. If you use buckshot, it must be a much lower rate of fire. If you use slugs, the rate of fire should stay the same, but the slugs shouldn't do nearly as much damage as buckshot at short range. And buckshot should be useless at anything but close quarters combat. You shouldn't be able to use a shotgun on a big map and do well, unless of course you are really good

8 am to 9pm ? dammmit...i am at work for the most part of that but i dam sure wanted to play when i got hom at 6.

I almost had my hands on a US Marine's Dog Tag last night. This guy killed me, I saw his tag, and I was like that's gonna be mine. Dude had logged something like 350K+ hours as a US Marine. That's insane. Anyways, he was a level 56 Colonel so I knew getting them would be hard. I finally tracked him down, was in striking range, when my idiot level 3 teammate, came behind me and started firing. Not only did he miss a point blank target, but he alerted the guy, he turns around, I have to switch back to my gun, but it's too late. Teammate gets on the mic and says why was I in the way, I told him I was about to knife this guy and get his tags. He goes, "This is a FPS, we don't knife we SHOOT!"
