Re: Battlefield 3
I think Imma gonna have to cave in and buy the cqc maps in June,as I am ridiculously tired of the regular maps in this game.
I also think Imma gonna have to start playing the B2K maps more,as it seems like it would break up the routine of the "vanilla" maps......the big ticket maps start to bore me to tears after a while, especially Metro...a map I didn't care for anyway....but throw in 80,000 tickets and spawn camping or getting spawned trapped,is not my idea of fun.
I look at that map and ticket count nothing more than "stat pad city"....not really improving my game, but nothing more than inflating stats.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

Even with my server, I have B2k rush/cq assualt sprinkled in with the vanilla but no one stays once Metro is done. You need Metro to draw randoms in and you need metro to keep them. Its so tiring. Karland Rush/Cq and Sharqi Rush are some of my favorite maps.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I may forget to put my voip to team speak all the time........but I definitely understand what that map and ticket count is for....and as I mentioned earlier,it bores me to death.
I'm to the point now tbh, stats are no longer important...the only thing that I care about is getting the win, because lets face it...why does it matter if you have an awesome spm? is it going to get you some chicks? are you going to brag about having an "awesome k/d" and say guess what baby..I've got a 735 spm in BF3People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

I'm also doing it so I can level up quicker. Which has worked.

If I see a server that says all shotguns max tickets like one I saved I'll play that. All that shotgun madness is quite fun. Other than that, if it come up it comes up, but I prefer conquest on the larger maps.HELLO BROOKYLN.

Re: Battlefield 3
I would LOVE IT if they found a way to bring a Bad Company 2 map pack.
Some of those maps were just spectacular and really helped make the game what it was. I wish I wasn't so caught up in BF3, I wouldn't mind going back and playing BC2, again..
It just seems like there were more ways to flank/approach M-COMS, which made rush more enjoyable than CQ. In BF3, it's the exact opposite..
I just came away thoroughly impressed with BC2, and while I love BF3, It doesn't have near as many of those just flat out EPIC matches.
I remember playing with a bunch of OSers and It's some of the most fun I've ever had with any game.
Lets take a trip down memory lane

edit: My man Incredible, don't think I forgot about your days at Kng23Rich. We completely dominated at BC2..Last edited by AUChase; 04-19-2012, 08:55 PM.Comment

I never really played BC2, only for a couple rounds, but I think I'd enjoy it a lot more now than I did back then.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I miss knowing that regardless of which wall I shot, I was putting a hole in the building and almost any building could come down. While some hated it, I was okay with the MCOMS inside a building being taken, when the building was destroyed. It's up to the defenders to prevent it from happening.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
The people that say that tanks are "cardboard boxes" now don't know what they are talking about. I did this alone (my original intention was to just get in a jet until I unlocked rocket pods but both were taken when I joined so I hopped in a tank alone) with no one repairing me or even being a gunner

Re: Battlefield 3
How doesn't it? Metro is the map everyone talks about playing when they need to "boost" their stats.
On Battlelog I have seen numerous posts asking how to boost their spm,and the #1 answer is always Metro conquest....close quarters alot of bunched up players,a real delight to get that spm up.
Hell,I've seen it first hand with my stats....I know my spm is awful, but since playing Metro,I have seen it slowly but surely go up.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment
