Once again, good games last night Nuni & Jesus Swaggin. I was a bit rusty, but we did pretty well. I've been playing a lot of Tiger Woods, but I'm always down for some BF3. I'm just over halfway to reaching the mythical level 100* colonel status. Also, the Tiger Woods 360 Bushwood country club is a lot of fun. Just saying.

Good Games with errbody last night, even you Nuni.
Thank for the dog tags. You deserved that for killing me so many times.
I turned the corner and saw the name nuni pop up and my eyes lit up.
I'm sorry for picking CQ Koolie. Everytime I jump in with Blast & TMagic they are playing CQ so I wanted to cater to everyone. I just searched 100% and tried to find something I knew had normal tickets.
Here's a thought and scenario: I had my dog tags taken last night and a few minutes later I took the same guy's tags. There should be a feature that lets you take your tags back from them. It would be really cool.
I know I was pissing this one guy off when we went to close quarters. I took his tags three times in two rounds.. lol.
CQ is fun, but it can get unfair sometimes, especially on huge maps where half the team is camping and the other half is actually capturing objectives. When you look up and the top four names all have 5000 points and there isn't a single person above 1000 on the bottom half of the team, there's a good chance you may still be losing.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
Had some good games with Nuni and Chase last night, although that last game was beyond frustrating.
I will hit 100* the next time I play. Thanks for the help last night fellas. I got like 25,000 points in the next to last game, which just put me a few thousand points away from IMMORTALITY!! Haha, I will be the worst 100 star guy to ever play this game.PSN: Koolie_G

TMagic and I playing Close Quarters..Spoiler
We were doing some serious C4 trolling, especially on Donya Fortress. I kept laughing my drunk *** off when I was running in a big circle from A, off the balcony, then back around again. I did it three times dropping C4 on the way and wiping people out.

Re: Battlefield 3
I played some rush last night in an Endgame server, and these two level 100 colonels kept stealing our chopper every match and just trying to dominate from the air. I don't understand why people do this man. My team was so so, and no one was using a mic so it was almost impossible to try to coordinate a way to take them out. We still were able to win a few games even with them doing this, but I still don't understand why people steal your vehicles. I mean if someone from the enemy team is stupid enough to drive it out into the battlefield and just abandon it that is one thing, but at the start of the game to hurry to the enemy base and still their chopper is just terrible to me.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I only "base rape" if it's an immediate threat to what I'm trying to accomplish.
Example: Last night Koolie, Nuni, and myself were still in on some Rush on Damavand Peak and just cleared the scond set of M-Com's. I hopped in the Little Bird and instead of flying down below and awaiting the enemy Z-11 to catch me from behind, I flew over the hill and destroyed it. It was all ready out of the air, but It was either kill or be killed. I chose to kill while I had the advantage. Then I doubled back to help at the MComs instead of hovering over their deployment.
I did double back once and destroy the Z-11 again as it was taking flight, but again.. you can't turn your back to a helicopter. I at least gave them a chance to get it in the air and move a little.
I admit, I even hovered behind the mountains on the last set for it to let us advance. I flew around behind their base and destroyed the Z-11 again so it would be clear for me to take Koolie in to the MComs. It was necessary. If not, you're only a few hundred yards away from their Z-11 spawn and you'l get destroyed in a heartbeat on that set.
That may have been my best Little Bird run in a while. I finished the round 20-1 with three destroyed Z-11, 2 destroyed tanks, and a few handfulls of kills. Sometimes it's just kill or be killed.
Conquest is a little different. I'll never really go to the opposing team's base. I let them come out to the battlefield. When you're playing Rush, you have to do exactly what the game says... Rush.
They could have hit me with an IGLA, RPG, etc.. I only had one set of flares and no one repairing me the entire time.
If it makes me a d-bag, then so be it I guess. Most everyone in this thread has played with me on PS3 or 360.. I keep it pretty legit with my game.Last edited by AUChase; 04-09-2013, 05:09 PM.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
What you did is different though. You took it out which I don't really mind. These guys would steal our chopper so that they would dominate the air and leave us with nothing to try to combat them with but Iglas. I mean they were both level 100 colonels so they were very skilled and would stay up just about the entire round. I don't know how they always ended up getting our chopper. But like I stated, they were so focused on being in the choppers that we were able to beat them quite a few rounds. It was just annoying is all. I mean those games where you have 1 chopper destroying you are bad enough, let alone 2.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

what do you guys think, does it play better on xbox or ps3?Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
It plays the same and looks the same, just different controls.
The only exception is I think you have more control over aircrafts on the 360.
I noticed a difference right away with increased sensitivity in the sticks and it helped me out big time, especially maneuvering in tight spaces with a helicopter.Comment
