Candy, in the FAQ on the SR3 site, they have not announced if there will be a demo but there will be this:

SR 2 didn't have a demo. The first game did. I think the Initiation Station is it for this though.

I've seen the new commercial for this about 20 times now on TV in the last two days. This gets me EVEN MORE jacked for this game next month!

Should probably wait to hear what the exclusives are before you decide. 360 doesn't seem to be getting anything but PS3 and PC exclusives have been mentioned. Plus SR 2 had some neat mods,not to the extent of something like Fallout but still it was something.
