re: Saints Row: The Third
Joker would definitely walk around with that weapon.
Anyway, I'm really enjoying this game. I almost have to force myself to remember that there are actual missions to be done and not just do side missions to raise my hourly income and increase my property. I like how they made money more important and actually make you budget somewhat instead of having piles of money and nothing to buy.
I think the difficulty is fair. The notoriety takes a little while to sweep (getting rid of the last star is a little bit of a bitch) and you can't taunt people without them pulling out a gun, but I can handle myself in most situations.
I think my least favorite part of the game (thus far) is Trail Blazing. I really loved it in SR2, but this Tron based bike racing just doesn't do anything for me.

re: Saints Row: The Third
I'm only about 3 missions deep yet I was still able to find a helicopter last night which was cool.
Anyways, I got to the top of the highest building and was about to parachute off, but instead I decided to try and a take a picture of myself on the edge of it. I ended up trying to get too good of a shot and fell off the edge, splattering myself on the side of the building.Comment

Press select/back to bring up your phone and go to camera. There will be a disabled/enabled selection. Pick enabled, of course. Once it's enabled, you press down on the d-pad and it will take a picture of whatever is on the screen (minus the HUD). There is no camera system like you have in NCAA or 2K12, but I guess it's something at least. Also, you have to be online to use it. You can't take pictures offline.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

re: Saints Row: The Third
I may have to look a little harder at the airport. I purchased the hangar next to the airport on the top right corner of the map, and didn't see anything but large jets (one black one that I could fly).
I'm not even totally sure how I got there because I was just randomly speeding around, but I found this shipyard place. You run up onto the ship there, go to the back of it, and there should be a helicopter sitting there. I'm pretty sure it's on the outer edge of the map to the southeast corner of the map.Comment

re: Saints Row: The Third
You can do everything you can do in the SP. So, when I played with Blzer we basically were just beating up and shooting the police while holding off huge roided out gang bangers. So, you are totally free to do what you want.Comment

Look at the airport. You'll find two choices (news reporter type and a transport type). Then you can take one of those and go to the military island and steel their military copter (with missles and gun).Comment

Thanks for the tip. I found 2 helicopters at the airport (at the opposite end from my hangar for planes/jets), but I definitely want to explore that military island.Comment

I've completed the missions and items on the map (activities, purchased stores and properties) and am at 90%, gonna try to knock out vehicle thefts and assassinations or whatever they're called tomorrow. I've been having a blast just screwing around the city, I made a super hero (maybe super villain) version of my character and have been running around causing mayhem and whatnot.Comment
