Re: BioShock Infinite
But here's my thing. Is it only worth it because they are overcharging in the first place? How much was this dlc again? If it costs $10 by itself and it's 90 minutes that's bull****. So then you have part 2 and what, a horde mode? Are they honestly trying to say each piece of content is worth $10 so it's a VALUE to get the Season Pass for $20.
It sounds like Burial At Sea could've been ONE piece instead of two and they just broke it up to give the illusion of extra content.

Re: BioShock Infinite
Think of it like a movie.
Then paying 10 bucks to see it ain't so terrible. I mean, it's still not great, but it helps.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: BioShock Infinite
Actually, I just read that it's $15?!? Are they high?
Irrational and Ken Levine have jumped to the top of my list of unbelievably overrated developers.

Re: BioShock Infinite
It's basically 10. Nobody in their right mind is buying it by itself when you could get the Season Pass for 20.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

Re: BioShock Infinite
That's just it. They try to make the Season Pass look like such a great deal. So are Burial At Sea parts 1.& 2 it? I thought that there was supposed to be three pieces of content. If it's just the two and in all probability you're getting three hours for $20 (with Season Pass) that is a rip off. Especially since you know dang well that should've been ONE piece of content.
Everyone likes to **** on Bioshock 2 but I thought it was loads better than vastly overrated Infinite. And Minerva's Den was excellent DLC. I believe you got a solid five hours for $10. So basically TWICE as long as what the totality of Burial At Sea in all likelihood will be, for HALF the price.
Plus, it's just laughable that this is releasing NINE MONTHS after the release of the game.

Re: BioShock Infinite
Most DLC is started well before the release of the game, I don't believe work on Burial at Sea started at all until after Infinite released, hence 9 months. Which I don't find so offensive, honestly.
