Anybody know if most games dled from psn have better dl times than disc games?

Question about online play? Am I going to be at a big disadvantage if I do not have a "crew"?

Playing online with people is fun when it's convenient, but I don't like the idea of being in a crew and have to constantly work around schedules to get everyone in the crew playing at the same time.

I feel you, but I don't really care if im at a disadvantage. I use to take online gaming seriously but now I just like to have fun. So as long as I can just hop online in this game and have fun that's all that matters to me.

Let's see, im off on Monday, so im going to hang out with my girl which I don't live with you know put that quality time in (the scheme). Tuesday Ill be at the Mid-Night release lets say from 12a-1:30a (im anticipating a very long line!) Ill play it from like 2:00a-5:00am. Sleep til 10am, wake up get ready for my new hire luncheon at Eddie Merlot's for my new job from 12-1 in the afternoon. Get home at 2pm and game all day and all night, cause I don't have to be at work til 6:00pm the next day, can't wait!!

Is anybody getting the strategy guide I usually never buy them but I was thinking for a game like this maybe getting it but I was sure if it would ruin the story or anything like that and make it less exciting

I never get them but I did for this game. Figure it's something I can look at when it's slow at work. And on another note has anyone heard anything about what cheats will be in the game ?

I never pre-ordered a copy. I don't get off work until 11:54 pm (6 minutes from midnight) so I thought I might be able to beat the long line at Gamestop and just go to my local Walmart or Meijer. With as big as this game is I'm thinking there may be a long line there too so I'm wondering what I should be. Last year when COD dropped there was a HUGE line at my Gamestop and I just went to my local Meijer and was in and out.

I always just looked up walkthroughs online if I ever got stuck. I like to try and discover what I can on my own first, that goes for any game.

I also just look online when I'm stuck in Skyrim or something. It's 100% free-er that way, or something.

I could have been playing this today if it wasn't for the fact that a disgruntled ex-employee put the screws to my hookup. Here's the story.

We have a small video game store here where I live. Me and a couple of other guys do alot of business with the place, so in return for us doing alot of business there, if we preordered some big release the store owner would always give us our copy of whatever it was we ordered on the Friday before release date. Well, long story short, right before the Madden 25 release he told us he wasn't going to be able to give the games to us like that anymore. Turns out he had to let one of his employees go and to get back at the store owner, he called the guys supplier and told them what he was doing. Now they won't let the guy pick up his stuff until the day before release.
