I think stock markets are just randomized hit and misses. No real strategy involved.

I wish the cops sitting on side on the road would come after me when I blow by them doing 120mph...it'll be nice!!

Maybe its just me but I don't see to many cops walking a beat in GTA 5...Used to see them all the time in previous gta games!!

I know for a fact one of the missions with Franklin to assassinate a guy drives up the price of the competitor.

Maybe mission wise it might help, but don't think there's anything free roaming wise you can do.

I bought stocks of some oil company, blew up the gas station, and no price changes at all on that stock.

I love this game, so much better than IV. I especially enjoy the variety in the landscape, as it's not just one giant city.

I just had an epic police chase on 3 stars. I was on the run and headed to the beach just west of Mount Chiliad, which led to me being surrounded by cops on one side and water on the other. I found an ATV and was able to get out of sight for a bit by hiding behind some rocks on the beach.

Sure enough, a few minutes later, the cops are sweeping the beach with everything they've got and one spots me. I hop on my ATV and gun it out of there. I barely have any health left, but I've put some space between myself and the cops. Just as I'm trying to go up a rather steep hill towards Mount Chiliad, my ATV flips over and crushes me. I die instantly.

I love playing in the snow at the beginning of the game...does anyone know if it does that throughout the game (snow)? Would be awesome if it did!

There is an assassination mission for Franklin. You are told to invest in Fruit by Lester. I looked at the price it was in the mid $600s. I killed the target and looked it had jumped up about $200. I should've invested.
