You'll go to the Rockstar social club site to transfer your 360 stuff to your new PSN one. I believe you complete it in the game, I kinda forgot the process.

I'm having a bitch of a time trying to get the PSN store to load. I want to enter my PS+ code but can't find anywhere to do it. Any way to do it outside of the store like Xbox Live?

Once the store loads for you scroll down to Redeem Codes. Store is working for me. Not sure why it is acting up for you.

Online now in a closed friend session and a party chat if anyone wants to join.

Okay, got into the PSN store and redeemed my code. Installing the game now too. Too bad internet speed doesn't matter during this process because this part is sloooooow.
