It's not working for 95% of the online population. There are workarounds though.

I tried that 3 different times and it still doesn't let me. Says failed to connect or something.

I think once you are on, don't sign out. Not sure if you would get back on right away. Im at work but tried connecting via remote play and kept getting the message that R* servers are unavailable or some files necessary are unavailable. Not a big deal for me right now..Will try to get on tonite.

I've entered and exited online a few times with minimal problems other than the first time. It just needs to recognize that you are in the system and you should be fine.

You just have to keep trying and it will eventually work.

We had our four OG members in the same room for over an hour and even completed the initial heist setup. Only reason I logged off was because the rest of my crew was having issues.
