Re: Ico and Shadow remakes confirmed

The magazine has separate listings for the two games, so it looks like they will be released individually in Japan. Of course, this may not be indicative of Sony's handling of the products outside of Japan.
That's disappointing, hopefully the two are packaged together outside of Japan.

Thank goodness. I am truly happy since I've never had a chance to play both.

Wow, 3D as well? Shadow of the Colossus would be nuts in 3D.

Re: Ico and Shadow remakes confirmed

Every time one of these are released, I know Microsoft is kicking themselves for this easy money they could have gotten. I really have to say that I'm more impressed by Sony's BC plans in this regard where they implement the trophies and update the inners.

I wonder if this will only be done for first-party games or if third-party companies will start to join. There definitely are a lot of titles I'd be into picking up.

I keep saying that Halo:CE and 2 would be perfect examples of this......imagine how much more money they could pull in with releasing these again with full HD, achievements, etc.

Yep exactly and with the price point for these compilations they're hard to pass up. The god of war compilation was great for me cause I never played those, but I have played these two and own them and will still be buying this.

This is the best gaming news I've heard in a while. I'm more excited for this compilation than any new games on the horizon.
