They've been doing this for 10 years (at least) now.

Get any 3 in stock games, the cheapest of the 3 is free. If you get three $60 titles, then one of them is just free.

I've usually done it every year and usually hold off on some titles because of it. This year it's actually a week or 2 earlier than normal.

It's easily the best deal ever. I used it a few years ago to pick up Guitar Hero III. I bought 3, sold 2 on ebay, and had Guitar Hero III and an extra $20 in my pocket. (Sold during x mas season for more money..)

Last year they allowed a pre-order of Uncharted 2 in the sale, but other preorders they didn't. Maybe EA MMA will be allowed in the deal like Uncharted was last year.

Look for Amazon or Bestbuy to come up with a similar deals. Last year Amazon had spend $80, get $40 towards future game purchases the same week. Bestbuy had buy 2, get 1 also last year, I think shortly after the TRU sale.

BB sale was shortly after TRU's last year. I remember because my wallet was much lighter after those 2 sales.

They been doing this since the atari 2600 and NES days....

I however now live in area where the nearest Toys R US is 30 miles away in the slums of New York, no thank you. Being how damn high sales tax is in New York, not even worth the drive LOL.
