Why is this game so hated? I really enjoy it.

The first because it got Jeff Gertsman fired for his sub-par review and the very average shooting/cover mechcanics. It was pretty good overall though.

The second because it only lasts 3-4 hours and took out everything that made the first awesome so was down to below average. Plus some people have problems with the style/camera. Then some people are still mad about Gertsman getting fired.

I liked the first one a lot. I tried the demo for Dog Day's and it looked and felt horrible, IMO. It's the first game that I've ever played that literally made me sick.

I really wanted to like this game but when I got stuck in a concrete Pillar I just said F it and rented another game.

Brink is the only game there that I will play for longer than a few weeks, I will beat all the others in a week or two.

I really am enjoying the game but there aren't many people online to try those game modes. I'm really intrigued by them, they seem like fun.
