I'm with you man. Except for the PS3.
I want to get the game, get all the texture packs and mods I can handle, crank it all up to max and play this on my 3 monitors at 5760*1080, my computer would laugh and ask me when I'll get a taxing game to play.
Not worth the 60+ for the game and xpac though a second time.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I didn't say this was one of the worst games ever. SSX yes but not this. This I said was a glitchy mess and would wait for it to get fixed and there was a complete editon but since mods do the same thing DLC does and better that bit doesn't matter.

Wow dude that sounds like a monster of a PC! Lol, I built a decent rig that's running GW2, BF3, WoW etc maxed out. I really enjoyed Skyrim and have always gawked at its beauty on PC. Now I have one that theoretically can handle it, I've been itching to get it, but like you said $60 again is tough. However, going to check out green man right now!I'm with you man. Except for the PS3.

Couldn't turn it down. Got it installed with some hd texture packs last night, looks amazing.
I'm excited to get back into this game, and for the first time ever in any rpg, I'll be rolling a mage! I'm going to attempt to bring my save over from my xbox for my assassination character, in the meantime looking forward to the challenge of playing a class I've never attempted before.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Personally I'd use the ones on Skyrim Nexus. They even have a comparison of the two that shows improvements.
When a game has a mod community as deep as Skyrim, I'd trust the community over the actual game companies themselves.badComment

I recently started a new character in Oblivion... man... lemme say that it is a vastly different experience after having played Skyrim.
Character creation in Oblivion seems horrible now...couldn't even give my Mage a long beard; which is the reason I started a new game since I never did the Mages Guild quests.
Long live Skyrim lol.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment
