The way i did it was do SKSE, SkyUI, HD textures first, Project Reality, real ice, blood textures, and the amidianborn. Static Mesh improvement should be the last texture altering mods you add. From there it doesn't really matter (unless I'm forgetting something and i apologize if i did). You can use boss to have it auto sort the load order. It does a good job but always check the mod pages because some tell you were to put them specifically, such as the SkyHavenTempleEnchanced says to have it last in the load order. Good luck but know there will be some trial and error until you get it right. I forget to mention in my last post (Thank you COD). Download TESVEdit it can run the game to see if it will crash or not and you can create merge patches (not sure if that's the same as cleaning them or not because well IDK what that is lol). Edit, BOSS and Nexus mod manager are great tools to have so use them.
Also, you should always clean any mods that haven't been cleaned. This can be done with TESVEdit (download from Nexus). Unclean mods mean crashes are more likely...and that's not good.
I'll have to look at the new ones thank you for pointing that out. When you say "cleaning" a mod what does that mean exactly? Is that like a merge patch or something else? I did notice on BOSS about 2 of the mods I'm using (both were quest) were reported as having "dirty edits" but I went with it anyway.
