Have gotten back into this game, so many hours in and still haven't fully completed it. Never even experienced the dlc. Found some saves from 2011-12 and decided to see if I could get them working with a crap load of mods. Only took me around two weeks to get it all set up.

It's not perfect but it's actually relatively stable with around 180 mods installed according to Mod Organizer. It still crashes from time to time but I can get hours in at a time in between so far. I don't know how much of it is due to problems with old dirty mods from 11', a new game would probably get better results.

I'd like to start this up soon too as have a bit of time available. Never played it before but got the legendary cheap in a steam sale ages ago.

Looks real good from those screens.

Yeah it is JK's. Too many mods to list but some of the main ones are the unofficial patches, Climates of Tamriel, W.A.T.E.R., AmidianBorn Book of Silence, Deadly Dragons and Dragon Combat Overhaul (these two make dragon fights an amazing and challenging experience). The ENB is Somber Dreams and the female body is UNP. I'll have to use Modwat.ch to get the whole list.

Still love this game man, I start it up and time just flies. The mod community is one of the best too, it's still going really strong after three years.

Edit: <strike>Here's an attachment of the complete list of active mods. If you open it in notepad++(recommend) or at least WordPad it will show as a list. Regular Notepad just makes it look like a mass of jumbled text.</strike>

It's happening. The remaster is coming to the consoles with mods.

Pre-ordered.

I poured over 230 hours in my one and only playthrough....still never finished it. I will finish this out on my PS3 before the remaster is released.

Then I will start a fresh brand new character for another go around in Skyrim. It is my favorite RPG to date (no I have not played through The Witcher 3 which I know is fantastic as well and I will get to it at some point).

My one and only character is Moses. A master of destruction magic (High Elf Mage with sword skills).

For the new remaster I will take a 180 and run as a rouge/Archer/Dual dagger/Thief.....illusion and healing magic as well as alchemy so i can create all kinds of poisons to put on my knives and arrow tips. I will seek the Thieves Guild as early as possible and live the life of a clever back stabbing scoundrel.

God this game is still amazing.

Heh, edited before you posted. I'm excited. Last time I ran a sword & board warrior but I think this time I'll go assassin type class.

If you go rogue or assassin type you definitely need some of the mods that add more armor, weapons and playstyles to the game.

The vanilla assassin/rouge selections are so limited compared to the other characters you can make.

I may be more excited for this to come to PS4/XB1 than I am many of the new games that will come out this fall. Can't wait to mod this thing on XB1.
