Well the game will have the graphical smoothness, and fast faced gun play of Mw2. From what I heard all the guns are very powerful like they have built in Stopping Power.

However many people have said that Explosives have been toned down very much from the XP Demos, Noobtubes are less powerful. Also a lot of annoying things from mw2 like Commando, One Man Army, Painkiller, Last Stand are gone. (You can still get Last Stand as a Deathstreak but you need to die 4 times in a row for it)

So if you're a CoD fan in general but were put off by stuff like Danger Close tubes, and Commando in mw2 you should give 3 a shot at least.

This is the attitude I want to take this time. I'll give a MW3 a shot at some point but the comparisons to MW2 make me very wary, which IMO is one of the most poor multiplayer FPS games I've ever played.

As for the Commando comment, I heard you can 'upgrade' your knife. Hurray.................. why the HELL is the knife still even in the game? There should be a perk where a knife doesn't kill you. Just does damage.

That makes no sense, you are the consumer, you are not obligated to purchase the game. You are just looking for excuses to fall back on if you struggle in the game.

No, I'm obligated -- everyone's getting it. So I pretty much have to. It's sort of a joke to say I'm obligated, but. Not really.

And I wouldn't consider a 2.55 K/D "struggling," but I didn't come here to brag or argue.

Besides, if I want something to fall back on, I have Black Ops.

And if you complain if you don't like the game, it's not going to be your fault for buying the game, it's everyone else's fault because they had the game and MADE you buy the game?

No. I never said that. I fully blame myself. I'm just taking a risk. Just hoping it plays better than MW2 did, and has better maps.

The melee's inconsistent as all hell. It snaps, it doesn't, it works when you knife air, it doesn't work when you knife someone in the back. Knifing's one of the most frustrating things about CoD.

Pumping rounds into someones chest, they act like you're not even shooting, stab you and keep on trucking. This is the most frustrating thing about COD.

The melee's success rate is as spotty as commando's lunge powers...and yeah, I know it's been in CoD for a long time, but it's incredibly "idiotic" to have a melee that snaps to targets.
