I agree. I go for all the tags though.

You can rack up so many points and level up extra fast, especially if you play on specialist.

Also the reason that many times, when you're going for a tag, you get raped because many people just sit and wait for someone to go for it.

It blows my mind how many people play kill confirmed and don't even bother to go after dog tags. Only reason it's really frustrating, because so many treat it identical to team deathmatch.

Yeah I see this all the time. I'll see a teammate kill a enemy and not attempt to collect the dog tags. I don't get people sniping on kill confirmed either.

I snipe in KC all the time, unless you're talking about people who look for the long shots and never fight close quarters. I've been trying to use the riot shield in a class, it's so frustrating how bad it is imo. People knife me through the shield or I get killed by people aiming right at it. It's only useful with the Juggernaut Recon so far for me.

I'm talking about traditional snipers who snipe from a distance.

The Riot Shield is frustrating at times but it is an improvement over MW2.

The riot shield is so weak compared to MW2. It must be the lag comp. That makes you think that you have the shield squared up and you get knifed

Yeah, it probably is that case, I hope I can keep my run going of never dieing after getting Juggernaut Recon. I've been able to stay alive after getting it in all my matches which I'm happy for.

If someone is sniping in KC, I let him snipe me repeatedly so I can keep running back to get my tags and 250 xp each time.

I'm sick of people whining about "skill". This is a FPS with arcade elements to it. You need a lot of skill on the sticks to constantly win 1 on 1s and have a decent k/d.

You can also use strategy if you are inclined. I love flanking and getting advantages by not running right up chokepoints on the map. If you know the maps and don't just sprint everywhere, you will have a chance at getting kills.

All these guys playing that other game rave about teamwork, but if I check the thread to see how it is going, it seems like most complain that they try and play a teamstyle and the other players with them don't acknowledge it.

MW3 tapped into the young gamer generation, which is ME ME ME. Yes, I agree that it is kind of lame, but this is what video games are about. People lose a game of Madden and disconnect before the game ends...etc..it's lame. What do you want...you are dealing with bratty kids who have no self discipline.

COD is awesome because it knows what kids like and what adults like. You can play the game all kinds of ways. If you have a clan of 5 -6 guys you can run rooms all night with proper team play. If you are bored and pop on by yourself, you can check in and dominate a room on your own if you have the skills.

Just sick of people saying the game doesn't take skill or it's not real enough..etc.

Nice man. It has quite a learning curve, but the game is playing better online now that it ever has. The noobs have been castrated for the most part, if you know what perks to enable.

Lag compensation is killing me though. The YouTube videos of it are ridiculous. Shoot 5 bullets and no hit markers then after that you get them. Story of my life in this game. 100mbps internet speed doesn't really help in this game, it actually hurts! lol
