I feel XBOX controller sitcks are much better placed for a 1st person shooter. With more reps you will get use to it

And I feel like the left stick on the 360 controller is in about the worst position possible.

Yea, no question the PS3 controller is better than the Xbox contoller. At least stick position is much more natural.

Sure, you're going to say that if you're a PS3 player. For someone who's never played a lot of playstation, the xbox controller feels very natural.

For shooters majority of people prefer 360 controller. It fits in the hand better and the sticks are better placed. The PS3 controller is dated with their sticks, placement and shape.

Fighting games the PS3 D-Pad is second to none. The 360 d-pad sucks.

I understand that people have their own opinions and such but I'm just stating these as these are majority of the opinions.

The only FPS I used a controller for was The Darkness... it was so hard for me to play that after I've been playing FPS's on a PC for ages... I'd prefer a PS3 controller though over a XBox Controller for anything that would require it...

For you guys, not everyone. Plus you guys own a PS3 so it becomes a loyalty thing. I own every system (pc and mac) and state what works best FOR ME. I have no right at all stating what works for me should work for everyone else.

No one has that right, so it only makes sense to state what works for you, but finding someone who is bias is near impossible, because it just turns into this whole let me back up why I love my system, and chose my system. Admitting it faults regardless of what it is just kills that gamer.

At this itme what works for me is the XBOX controller , then mouse and keyboard, and the mouse and keyboard only comes second because I stop playing pc games a a few years now, but I rmember how fast and accuarate it was. I just Really got very tired of having to upgrade so much.

I know things have changed now, and will look to getting back into it, but since I' am much more use to the xbox controller now I have to put that first for me. Once I get back into PC gaming the mouse and keyboard will be number 1. Nothing is more accuarate than a mouse a keyboard.

A PS3 controller works also, but is my 3rd choice. It doesnt suck by any stretch of the imagination. The controller performs very well. I'm just not a fan of where the sticks are placed.

Nah, I had a 360 before I ever had a PS3. Actually had about 4 of them lol damn red ring. Same with the console before. Had Xbox before I had PS2.

Personally I just feel that the PS3 controller is more comfortable to hold and more of a natural place for sticks. Think about when you are resting your hands, where do your thumbs lay? Right where the sticks for the PS3 are.

Just because you are used to it doesn't make it better. I could get used to running backwards, but doesn't mean it's the best way to go about running.
