Traded this game in. I probably won't buy another Call of Duty game on release day ever again. Wasted over 100$ on this game.

I feel you on this, but im very confident that treyarch will put out a much better and balanced product than MW3, that sledgehammer and IW put out.

Right now you can see how much more balanced black ops is.

I finally understand all the fuss about lag compensation in MW3. Over the past week I have been killed by some of the most random encounters. The next time someone mentions or creates a topic about lag comp, I won't think they have cheap internet or they just aren't good.

A few examples:

*I see my opponent shoot him and turn the corner by a good distance and get shot in the back (it was like his/her bullets turned the corner to get me)

*I see my opponent before he see's me, put several bullets in his chest and then I die from what appears is a shot kill from my opponent (watch kill cam, he was already facing me and it didn't even have me shooting my gun)

Yeah had this stuff happen, I just change lobbies after the game. I also don't play in a lobby that I ping over 75ms. Don't know if it helps but it makes me feel good.

i try to do the same in regards to ping. i prefer not to join the room if it goes over 75ms also. once the match starts i can normally tell how my connection will be and i play accordingly lol..

ahhh you finally see the light. Yes it is bad in this game on how they went this route.

This is why I posted while back that you can't determine who is good in this game because it is all based on lag compensation. The team on the right end of it will win that match. It also explains why matches have such a lopsided score.

Right now you just have to roll with it, if you choose to play this game.

Exactly just change the lobby , and see if they show players connecting to you. Thats a pretty good indication if your going to be on the right side of lag compensation.

I also change my style of play. A little more sneaking around and less face to face gun fights if im on the wrong side of it.

That kind of stuff has been pretty common in every COD for me.

Yeah the series has always had some sort of lag problem but this game takes the cake with how bad it really is. Doubt they will ever go dedicated servers as it's cheap with p2p and Activision will make their money regardless.

Which version do you feel is the best for HC: SnD?
I am currently leaning 50/50 towards MW2 and BO's.

I haven't felt like playing this game all week. All I've been playing is NHL 12 because the NHL playoffs are only a month away so I am totally in hockey mode. I might play this tonight though. My K/D is finally 1.00 so now I feel qualified to play with beasts!
