I'm hoping Madden 13 is still $39.99 tomorrow, as well as Modern Warfare 3.. I'm picking both of them up tomorrow for $20 total... so that'd be $60 worth of trade in right there for spending $20.

Some kid is selling Modern Warfare 3, Madden 13 and three other games that are a little older for $20. Why? I don't know, but he is.. so I'll be taking those two directly to Best Buy.

I was just wondering, because I'm confused.. if it's "100% Trade-In Value", why are you not getting 100% of the value of the game?

There are quite a few people that dislike Call of Duty around here.

Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers is $1.99 at GMG.
Saint's Row: The Third is $9.98 at Gamer's Gate.
Civ 5 and Spec Ops: The Line both still $7.49 at GMG.

I haven't ever bought a CoD,only rented...turned off the last one in disgust it was so damn bad. Great voice acting though.

*just a reminder, for CK2, Gamersgate's version and versions downloaded/activated with steam are not compatible with each other. so any future DLCs you get would need to be bought from gamersgate for it to work if the base game was from gamersgate.

My local best Buy is having a 100% trade-in bonus on any video game traded in. Traded in Fifa 13, Madden 13 and 2k13 and got $52 for just those three.


I know Best Buy doesn't usually advertise their trade-in bonuses like they do for their trade-in deals, so I would check out your Best Buys and you might get a good value on your trades. Also I know some Best Buy's dont have the same policies in all areas so I would believe all won't have the same deals as well, just something to keep in mind.

Every store has the same policies, it's how stores interpret, or how closely they follow the policies that can be different. The 100% is for sure going on in every store. Does every employee know about it? That could be a different story.
