No reason to buy either of them currently, especially when the best games of 2014 (purely personal opinion) will be coming out on ps3 (witcher 3 aside.) Only reason to buy one is... if you want to have one. I can't name a game out that says "this is why you need next gen."

No reason for me to ever get an XBone, unless MS ever offers an exclusive worth playing for me, which I just don't foresee happening.

I have both but I still agree with this 100%. I honestly wish I had the willpower to hold off. None of these games are absolutely must plays.

Big mistake IMO, the new consoles, both of which I own, are freaking awesome and you are doing yourself a big disservice by waiting to buy either. I suggest everyone buy both

How is it a big mistake? Some people just don't have half a grand laying around to shell out on a system. Couple that with buying an extra controller and a couple of games. For me, at the most, I put in about 3-4 hours a week on my PS3. That doesn't justify me putting down my mortgage payment for a PS4, XB1, controllers, and games. I'll just wait until next holiday season when a bundle is offered and more games are available. I'm and a lot of gamers, are content playing FIFA 14, Madden, NBA 2K, and Battlefield on our PS3s and 360s.

I love the PS4 itself, but really the games just aren't there to push the systems yet. I can't wait for inFamous, but outside of that, the PSN selection, and freebies I feel like I could be having just as much fun with BF4 and AC4 on the 360.

Forza is a microtransition filled dungheap, Titanfall will be better on PC and isnt out yet. Oh, and 6v6 online isn't exciting at all. Gears tried that, it sucked.

There's nothing to miss out on yet. Literally nothing.

Fortas fantastic and they have patched it, it's not a microtransaction dung heap. Titanfall will be better on PC? yeah if you got a $2,000 PC, LOL..

There are plenty of games on PS4 out now that are great but I cited those ad the upcoming blockbusters. And they will be out in just a couple of months, not years.
