A new player in the trade in business, just came across this article:

Basically you can lock in a trade in value for the 1st 3 months of a purchase, if you don't trade the game in, then you get charged the original 60, but of course from that point on its business as usual and you could still trade in at best buy/ gamestop/ walmart.

They're set to launch soon, you can support their start by giving them a vote for a grant at this link

Voted. This is an awesome idea. If they get their structure right this could be big for those of us who trade in games.

That's what my math shows me. I have a 3 game out plan and I would need to trade through 17 games on this new site to meet the same costs. Even with last year being a really down year for releases I played 27 games through gamefly.

Took advantage of another sweet Walmart trade-in promotion on the way into work this morning. First they game me a few dollars short of retail for Watch Dogs about month back, then today I was able to grab NBA 2k15 for free after trading in NBA 2k14 and MLB 14 The Show.

Target and them are quickly become my favorite places to trade games at with these ridiculous promotions they have run over the past few months.

Target was running an extra 100% bonus on all trade-ins about a month ago. Got close to $60 in credit for Watch Dogs.

Walmart is giving an extra 50% bonus when you trade two games towards NBA2k15. The Show gets you back $41 and change. Newer games can be as much as $50 plus.

NBA2k14 was $22 back in credit. Not bad at all for a launch title.

Sports games hold great value until the next one comes out...i usually trade in when I'm tired with it and get good money.

Though I'm just keeping Madden this year cause I won't need it next year. Pondering getting 2k15 sometime just to own a bball game forever.

Is there any way to see how much money you have on a Best Buy gift card online? I have this card that has upwards of $200 on it and I'd like to know the exact amount so I can plan out how I use it.

There should be a number in the back you can call or you can check on their website too I think.

Hell, now you can just use the Best Buy app on your cell phone. It will turn your phone into a bar code scanner and all you have to do is scan the back of your Best Buy gift card and type in the pin number for the card. Then it will tell you the value amount.

It grinds my gear none of the Walmarts, which is 5 regular Walmarts within 60 miles of me do game trade ins.
