They do for $15. I was factoring in selling fees. And you have to sign up for two years at a time anyway.

Grabbed the GCU at Best Buy. I did not know they would take the discount off the game I was buying to get the $30 deal. They charged me $47.99 for the COD Day zero edition. Already paying itself off!

My best buy was sold out of the $5 phone so I used this advice from slickdeals:

People are reporting NET10 - BYOP SIM Activation Kit for $6.99 worked on the deal in case you can't find cheap cell phones at Best Buy. YMMV (as of 11/4) Here is a link to what this sim kit looks like:
