The "digital gaming purchase" coupon from Best Buy, is that for season passes and such? That's the only digital purchase I can think of from Best Buy.

It's actually in-store only. You have to print them out and take them in. You can't use them on BestBuy.com.

Hmm. Could be the right time to unload Madden 15.

Edit - Only holds a $20 trade-in value. Better off keeping it instead of receiving the $40 credit. Not the ridiculous values of past Target deals. They must have caught on.

For those wanting to trade in PS3/360 GTA V for the current gen version, the week it comes out, Target will have $30 guaranteed trade in for the last gen version when you trade it toward the current gen version.

My best buy was sold out of the $5 phone so I used this advice from slickdeals:

People are reporting NET10 - BYOP SIM Activation Kit for $6.99 worked on the deal in case you can't find cheap cell phones at Best Buy. YMMV (as of 11/4) Here is a link to what this sim kit looks like:

The Meijer Black Friday ad is out. A lot of good deals on Thursday including the Assassin's Creed Xbox One bundle for $329.99 and Madden, FIFA, NHL, Shadow of Mordor, and Evil Within for $30.

I took advantage of this as well. It took a little prodding of the employees in the Mobile dept. though.

Did anyone else get a membership card or a confirmation email or anything noting that they are officially a member of the GCU? All I have is the purchasing card that they brought up to the register with the price and sku on it...

I'm just looking to confirm that the GCU membership is active on my account. Can't seem to find it on the Best Buy site anywhere.

I logged into my bestbuy.com account, then went to Rewards > Overview. Should say Gamers Club Unlocked on the bottom right hand corner with an expiration date.
