subtract 25.00 cert = 119.00

Target 3 games for 120.00

However I seen you also wanted to give MS 150 for new elite controller.. So depends really if 119/ 120 + 150 is something you want to spend.

If not and you really want the new controller then just get the 1 from BB for 23.00(48-25)

Well the Elite would be with trade in towards it along with some certificates at best buy. I got I think 20 dollars worth of points at BB after I pick up Fallout 4. Also if I choose to get a Elite Controller I am not getting Battlefront or CoD until Black Friday or a deal later in the year/next year.

So that be 25 bucks for Fallout 4. 150 bucks for elite controller (Minus 20 most likely and MGS 5 game trade).

That should make the controller about 90 bucks or so. Basically about 115 bucks for Fallout 4 and Elite Controller. I may just do that and wait on Battlefront and CoD. Between The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Halo 5 and me getting back into Diablo 3 I should be fine until price drops/sales.

Well you didn't say those details.

You don't get points for Fallout until roughly 15 days after release..(If that's what you meant)
Seriously though just decide on what you want to spend then that pretty much tells you what to do.

For me I finally thinned out games (Also used the BB extra 50% trade in) and have no desire to start down the game overload theme again.
By the time I'm ready for a new game after F4 I'll be able to grab on the cheap.

I'm still on the fence (Fence going to break soon) with getting an X1. If I do I'll go elite but thinking to just wait and see what BF sales offer.

Careful with the Best Buy vs target comparisons. We'll attract that guy that comes in lecturing that you're doing it all wrong by not buying only at BB.

BTW if anyone sees any Xbone deals let me know, my brother is looking for one right now.

This Friday November 6th and Saturday November 7th, buy any Xbox One console bundle at Best Buy, you'll get a free $60 game of your choice and an extra controller.

GameStop is doing the same deal but also includes Sunday November 8th.

With that said, it's expected that the Black Friday deals will be the same bundles but at $300 instead of $350.

GameStop's was leaked. Deals are OK, imo.
