No it doesn't. It does work with game pre-orders though.

I want to rub that in their face next time. If Best Buy has something lower, I'll try and price-match at GameStop. When they say no, I'll ask for their manager and explain that I want to give their business my money. If they still say no, I'll just go, "Fine, I'm going to then buy it from that store (points at BB). At least they honor this kind of thing."

It won't change anything, but I want them to feel bad about it. They've already ripped me off too many times.

I highly doubt they'd feel bad, especially with the twelve year old and his mom behind you about to make a purchase.

They should feel bad. They've lost my business and I've made others follow, whether it's from posts on here, my friends, or that mom & son behind me. "Say what? Best Buy has it for cheaper?"

Even if they don't, as long as I believe they do, that's all that matters. But you have to tell the manager, not the employee who doesn't see another dime whether or not you buy it while they're behind the register.

And don't get me wrong, Best Buy has upset me as well and I've been vocal about it on here... but they've never ripped me off before, and their rewards extend outside of gaming to the point that I'd rather purchase from them than anywhere else, including Amazon. If Amazon had a store, it would be easy... but I'm not a fan of purchasing online.

Speaking of which, I just reminded myself I have to pick up Hacksaw Ridge in store right now, heh.
