I didn't find the second battery and the story still continued. I'm guessing it wasn't that important?

It's possible it changes something a little bit, but I found both. You don't find them both at the same time. You have to come back later and get the second battery.

Finished it last night. Can't wait for the second episode.

Playing through again definitely changes things. I picked to wait and leave at night and it was a lot different in that scene. Pretty cool.

I'm hoping I wasn't the only one who thought that this game was going to end after the 5 episodes. I was doing some research to see if there were any rumors at the future release dates of the next 4 episodes and came across them saying this is going to be only the "first season".
