Like i said I watched a guy playthrough this and he ended it by letting Lee turn. I was bored and looked up some live reactions to the episode and saw a guy playing who chose to have Clem kill Lee. Talk about powerful symbolism. The whole time you spend caring for Clem above all (which was a brilliant way to immerse the player in the story, having them be the caretaker of a little child. I mean has that been done before. genius) and in the end she is the one taking care of Lee. What a great game man. I look forward to seeing how they take on this genre and IP again. I have seen the Clem stop lee from turning ending around 8 times now and it gets me everytime.

Every play through I've watched had someone at least getting teary eyed. This of course was the best one

Holy crap! I don't know how this game flew under my radar for so long. I downloaded and played episode 1 a couple nights ago and couldn't drag myself from the TV from start to finish. I just finished episode 2 tonight and it was the same thing. I can't wait for the next 3 episodes.

Without a doubt GOTY for me. This game has me totally riveted. And when I'm done my choices stick in my head with all the "what-ifs." I'm actually excited to watch the wife play this one to see how her play through differs and how it affects the game play.

Most of my choices were fairly in line with the popular choices, but in each episode so far I made a choice that was way off from the norm...like where only 12-15% of people made the same choice as me. What a nice touch to include that as well.

This game will be compared to Heavy Rain..which I also loved, but to me this is better.

I understand they are releasing a retail disc with all five episodes. I will buy it even after having downloaded them just to support this developer in hopes that we get more great visceral content like this. Bravo!

They have already announced that there will be a second season to this game.

Ive had this on my ps3. I was on the level where you grab supplies from the store. Just ended up losing interest due to the time between episodes. Probably going to download the rest and play through this weekend. Really wish this was on the vita though.

I'm surprised. Not going to lie, i was very frustrated because i assumed the game would release monthly but by the feedback at telltale and all the posts here it seems the wait was worth it. I'm very excited to jump back into this game this weekend. I'm a fan of the comics, and show, i picked up the Governors book too. This game really captures the WD drama without being a gun fest. I like how even small decisions feel as if they hold a lot of weight.

Swear it took me like 30 minutes to figure out who to give rations to.

This is good for Telltale, especially with other great episodic games. I just hope not too many other devs get their hands and ruin an awesome title. (looking at you activision. Only reason i give some slack is because who's in it).

Well deserved IMO....it's a nice kick in the balls to the big triple A games! I'm gifting the walking dead for my cousins so they don't miss out on the goodness

Hung in there a while hoping it would eventually make its way to the disc format, so now it's time to pounce.
Since I have credit at BB, I'll go with the Liited Edition version there.

What are we looking at for game time, 10 to 12 hours or so?

Sounds about right. The first 2 episodes have taken me about 2-3 hours each. Plus you'll surely want to play through again and see what course different decisions will take you on.

So if I don't watch the show, haven't read the comics, do I want to touch this game, or do the prior first? Will all of them ruin everything else for me to some degree?
