SpoilerIf there's one thing that I dislike about this is not that it releases in episodes.... it's that there so dang far apart.
For one, I couldn't even really remember how Kenny was separated from the original group. I thought that maybe he wanted to go on the boat or something, but I can't really recall exactly how he left. I mean it's only been 14-15 months since I played that episode and my foggy memory gets the best of me most of the time. Also, I knew that the woman who came looking for the food looked familiar, but I didn't realize that it was Bonnie from 400 Days until today. However, since 400 Days was released 7 month or so ago I actually give myself a little credit for even recognizing her.
I'm still a huge fan of the series and don't have the willpower to actually wait until all the episodes are released, but weekly or even monthly episodes would be much better. At the very least they could give us a recap of the previous season when the new season begins.
SpoilerIf you hadn't mentioned that was Bonnie from 400 Days I would never have realized that. Haha.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead
Just finished and wow what an amazing episode. Probably one of the best yet.
My jaw literally dropped whenSpoilerKenny was revealed to be at the lodge. I definitely thought he was a goner.
I also thought it was interesting that they included Bonnie from 400 Days. I am definitely interested to see how they work in the characters from 400 Days.
Tell Tale is doing something amazing with this game. I feel it really caputres the essence of the walking dead. I cannot wait for episode 3.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead
SpoilerI was too, but I told myself that she is a kid and kids act out sometimes. I chose to be snotty at times and also to say nice/caring things other times. My Clem was a real snot when Carver barged in the house.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead
Just finished episode 2, what a great episode.
SpoilerI didn't expect Kenny to show up, I actually forgot all about him.
One question - For those who went with Pete's nephew at the end of episode 1, how did that play out to start episode 2? I went with Pete and just curious how they went about that.Comment

The nephew finds some moonshine and gets drunk, wants to die. Feels like a failure. Clem can leave or talk him out of his drunken suicidal stupor. Either way Clem winds up leaving him behind. Either at his request or so he can by her time to escape. You come back and it looks like he died. But he just passed out drunk.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead
SpoilerI was glad to see Kenny but then I was reminded how much of a d*ck he can be. I'm torn between which camp to stick with if you do indeed need to choose later in the game. I get a weird vibe from Kenny even though he's an old character.GT: Herkyalert

Re: The Walking Dead
Just now got around to playing episode 2, great episode.
Definitely the most conficted I've felt about choices I've made to date and I love how the story is coming together, can't wait for episode 3. The nice thing about taking forever to get around to playing this is it cut about 3 weeks off my wait for the next episode at least although with how Tell Tale releases these things I could still easily have a month ahead of me waiting anyway (hope not but we know how long it took to get episode 2 of The Wolf Among Us).Favorite Teams:

Re: The Walking Dead
So, I saw something new while watching my wife play through the first episode of season 2 last night:
SpoilerDuring the section where you are supposed to sneak into the house for medical supplies (after the group puts you in the shed) I mostly ignored windows and doors at first (considering them more risky) and when I found the removable board under the porch I just went straight in for the supplies.
Well, my wife's "click the first thing on screen that you see" approach led her to an interesting extra scene. Apparently you can knock on the one of the windows where Rachel and Alvin are arguing after Rachel leaves. Alvin will come to the window and, after some pestering and guilt tripping, you can eventually talk him into giving you the bandages you need.
You still have to go into the house for the needle and peroxide (with the indoor scenes playing out about the same), but I thought it was cool that she found an alternate path in the story that me and a couple of friends didn't even know existed. There's even a bit of extra dialogue with Rachel afterwards (when she's threatening you to not get comfortable).Comment
