As a huge Spider-man fan, I'm getting this day 1. Looks interesting thus far.

Sounds like an interesting story. Hopefully Beenox can improve upon Shattered Dimensions. They picked the best two dimensions to do that with, so I'm intrigued.

Interseting. Kind of funny timing for me. I just picked up Web of Shadows on the cheap for a break from sports games and FPS. Haven't really ever played the Spidey games before but thought it might be worth a shot.

Is it the same makers as Shattered Dimensions? Never played the game, only seen my nephews play it on Wii & looked cool, is it worth playing SD on PS3?

Yeah, Beenox did SD. I haven't played all the way through, but it's good. Noir is the only dimension I hate, honestly. I'm glad they did away with it for EoT.

All I can say is meh. It does look cool and all, but my expectations are so low for all of these random linear Spider-Man games. I just wish someone would get it right like Rocksteady did with Batman.

I liked Spider-Man 2, but the game fell victim to repetitive side missions and a short main story. That game was the closest to getting it for a Spidey game though.

              I haven't played a spider-man game since spider-man 2.

Any info if this game is gonna have free roam? Did the last spider-man game have free roam?

                No on both questions.

I never played SD, but my cousin did. I remember watching him play that dimension and cursing the whole way through pretty much. I'm sure he'll be happier with this one.

Personally I liked Spiderman 2 and Ultimate Spiderman the most.

Whats going on with all of these weird time traveling spiderman games lol? They need to get back to the nitty gritty and release another "Ultimate SpiderMan" again. Coldest SpiderMan game ever released.

I also agree with the earlier posts stating no free roam, no buy. In a spidey game you absolutely must be able to swing around the city. Come on now, he's a webslinger.

I greatly enjoyed Ultimate Spidey. It had the cell shaded look (comic book style) no brainer there, great cameo appearances, great mini games within the environment, and free roam to bust up repetative gang members all in one lol. Didn't get any better than that.

To hell with all this weird time traveling **** lol.

I liked Ultimate Spider-Man too (forgot about it actually). The one thing going against it was that it was too short.

Ultimate Spider-Man is the most underrated Spider-Man game. I loved it and I really wish they would make more.
