Square Enix is an extremely close second, and they only lost a few points because of FFXIII. I have WAY too much of a history with them (BOTH of them, even before they joined together), to knock them down too far because of one game.

This. Square Enix would be up there with me with Bioware & Rockstar sharing the spotlight.

Rockstar, SCEA a close 2nd. EA IS DEAD LAST!!! and it is not even close

EA is not a developer, they are a Publisher and they are probably one of the best/

Bioware by far, the past two console generations they've made some of my favorite games of all time. They know how to make great playing games with stories better than almost anything else out there.

Visual Concepts- VC would be higher if they were allowed to make an NFL game again

Ubisoft Montreal- Their AAA titles have better polish and style than just about any other developer

Starbreeze- I hate first person shooters but they make fps's that are interesting and very few developers come close to having animations as good as their's

Ninja Theory- They understand how to make characters that people care about with amazing performances from the actors and great stories.

I was a huge fan, until they butchered Diablo 2 with the 1.10/11 patches... hopefully Diablo 3 can recapture the 1.09 feel.

Ahhhh, Red Storm, that brings me back. Playing the Original Rainbow Six over my 56K Modem on my Crappy Pentium II. Rouge Spear made me make the switch to Cable internet...

So sad, I bet there are people reading this post who have no clue about the glory of the 56K Modem.

Honorable mention: Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword, Enslaved surprised and gives me hope for their take on Devil May Cry)

Don't really have too many that I'm a real fan of, but most of the gamestudio I buy games from are EA, Microsoft, Square-enix, Capcom, and that's really about it.
