Is this meant to be based on how much we played them, the value we felt we receive (hours played / money paid), or simply how much we enjoyed them? Guessing the later one. Going to have to think about that one, but per my list of games played most (based on days), I was surprised to see 6 Sports games in the list. No specific order for PS3, with the exception of Mass Effect 2 which is my fav game on the PS3.

Skyrim should be on my list based on what I've heard and seen, but I just got it as a Bday gift last Friday and have only scratched the surface. It also need to pick up that Heavy Rain. I noticed it made a ton of lists here.
