Back up your original save file and see if the game will load fine with a new game? Did you save at a weird place?

I will try that, but I have a feeling that the save file got corrupted. I guess I should of been using the cloud saves and like an idiot I didn't.

I am so angry right now, I am literally on the sequence 9 which is the last one. There was a cutscene where it was a flashback through all the games and for some reason I thought it was stuck since it has been sitting there for 10+ minutes looping over and over. I kept hitting all the buttons but nothing would happen. I exited out of the game via XMB, and then decided to load up my save file and it freezes. This sucks, 15 hours were sunk into this and now it probably all went to hell.

I know in the 360 version of Brotherhood that if you did one of the flashback missions while wearing Ezio's original clothes from AC2(the civilian ones), it wouldn't let you exit. Hope you get it fixed.

Thanks. I was reading to also delete the game data file so I'll try that too. There is a profile data file which I'll delete too.

Update: Deleting the game data file did the trick. Glad that was the only thing that corrupted. I finished the main story last night, but I'll leave my thoughts for the brotherhood thread.

Finally started this in the past few days and I'm digging it. Only problem I'm having is splitting the time with other top games in my collection.

Gonna try and get a little MP in tonight as well

Been loving this game. I get lost between memories with just all of the other things to do. Really trying to renovate a ton of things before I get late in the game so I can buy all of the equipment I'd like. Even have intentionally got a few dens attacked because I like the defense missions.

              Awesome game!

Can someone explain what the book icon on the map means? Not the one where I can buy books but the one that takes me to some house filled with books but I cant do anything in there so Im clueless.

Is it the first time you've seen it? And there is a redhead named Sophia at the desk?

                  Spoiler

Later on you will see books pop up on your map with a black background. At first I wasn't sure if it was just additional shops or not but it's actually mini missions you need to do.

Loved this game besides the Den Defense's and Desmond's memories, so I skipped both.

Anybody else get the armor from doing the Ishak Memoirs? I think its freaking awesome looking, makes Ezio look like Dr Doom from the Fantastic 4 with the hood and mask lol.

                        Re: Assassin's Creed Revelations

Well I beat the game tonight and while I felt it wrapped up decently enough I think Im officially burned out on Assassins Creed right now. It took me roughly 25 hours to finish the game while doing a healthy amount of side things but the training your recruits is so boring that it quickly becomes a chore to constantly have to go back and do over and over again. Thankfully the next one will be a completely new story in a new time period so maybe it will rejuvinate the series because right now its grown rather stale.

I finally got around to starting this and, it's a bit hard to get into. I blame the storytelling, other than pushing towards meta story revelations there is no other reason I am doing what I'm doing.

I started ACR this past week and can't put my finger on it, but this series is starting to really get stale. One of the the reasons why I was hoping there would be a 2 year cycle on this and not the yearly release. I love the time period, the story was good when it began with AC and then just got so dragged out with ACR. I'll finish this one off, but keep an eye on how ACIII goes with the storyline.
