I was also a big fan of the series back in the day. I don't think I'd get it if EA ever made a new game though. I'm more inclined to just race rather than fighting with my opponents on the fly. That being said, arcade racing games have become so varied with multiple race/vehicle/track types in the same game that I'm not sure how much people will want to buy a game that is just road motorcycle racing. At most, I think it would just be DLC, perhaps a remake of one of the more recent titles in the series.

I'd settle for a $10-20 remake of the game with updated visuals and audio. Or they could make a new game and just price it at $39 since it'd be an arcade type game.

I remember absolutely NOTHING about the original on Genesis except beating the living crap out of the guy on your right (could you whack left?) with a chain on a motorcycle. I probably wouldn't play it today, no matter how nice it looked, but damn, those were fun times when I was a kid.

it was revolutionary for its time. You'd start at the back of the pack and i think the progress you made continued on to the next race. You'd have to steal weapons from the riders that had names. lol revolutionary back then.
And the story was pretty good. The 1st place rider always had a chain i think.

I would love to see this game get remade on the 360/ps3. Had some great memories playing this on the Genesis.

Just like Need for Speed, the 3DO version was the best version of this game. Played it do death on the 3DO when I had it.

man yall gonna make me bust out the genesis. i still have this game. would be cool to have a remake or just totally reinvent it with new mechanics, physics, and ways to fight to bring it up to todays standards. this could be a cool game.

One of the few 3do games worth playing

Though I always liked playing way of the warrior just to listen to white zombie.

Alpha stage Road Rash video that has been on the internet for a few years now.

Sadly we hear nothing of this beyond this, since they closed the UK Electronic Arts Warrington studio that was developing it...
