The "select army" key is a god send. Not a good way to engage a battle obviously (unless your army is just overpowering), but really, really good for staging.

You'd still need to use control groups in battle to get the most out of your units/abilities.

God I remember having SC2 a bit ago but man I stink at it. Have no clue how to use half the units and what tactics to use. I think I may have played some peeps on here online and got destroyed.

Eight missions in and Kerrigan's story is already 10x more interesting than Raynor's from WoL.

Zeratul has just shown up and basically outlined the story for the Legacy of the Void expansion where he will be sentenced for siding with Kerrigan to overthrow the Xel'Naga. Zeratul is still the best SC character

Well that was some bad timing. I logged out of the EU version to log into the US and add some people on B.Net. By doing that I apparently installed the US patch. Now I can't get back into the game until the EU version patches later tonight. That is just weird.

Edit: nvm. I got back in thanks to this gem.

Step 1: Make regions.xml (Go find it. Or make your own)
Step 2: Put it at your SC2 folder (where there is starcraft II.exe)
Step 3: Disable Local Area Network (Or whatever LAN/Wifi adaptors you are using to connect to internet)
Step 4: Get into SC2, click cancel for 'Connecting Streaming Server'
Step 5: Don't log into Offline mode. Just switch region to Europe
Step 6: Reenable your Local Area Network that is connected to your interwebs
Step 7: Connectoin

The campaign was much better than Wings of Liberty.

I did some practice against computer for a while until I felt comfortable, but when I started some ranked matches I was just getting rolled. I don't remember ever being this bad at SC.

I finally won a game today, and it was a nice feeling.

Anyone see much of the MLG tournament this weekend? Amazingly a zerg player won. I would have thought for sure that Terran would have taken it.
