I'd buy upgrades or the maps for special items if I had to clear out cash space. Also, the premium weapons aren't cheap once you unlock them, so buying them takes cash.

Exactly, maps are a good idea too for relic/letter hunting, or loot if you like.

LOL, go get 'em, Kid. Like I said, Bushman was my fallback weapon at outposts when the 'jig is up' and I get swarmed. Also handy for roadside skirmishes.



Amen! LOVE that about that game...however you want to play will work fine, whatever feels fun at the moment. I'm usually stealthy, but there was occasion to go full bombast and light em up with explosive arrows for the snipers and the bad end of the Bull shotgun for everyone else.



Do NOT sell it. This game is a rare gem....you will want to play it again, sooner than later.

Again I agree!! I will not be selling this game EVER!! I'll definitely have the itch to play it again, honestly come March I will be set on games for the year, playing The Show and FC3... It won't get any better then that!

I've been recently trying to take outposts by sniping only. Although I've failed more times than not because I'll miss a shot and freak everyone out and the other guys will run at me and surround me and I'll just get the **** out of there

Yeah, but if there's more than one alarm, you gotta take both out.

Wow....I've finally achieved something in a game that Jnes couldn't! I did manage to snipe a couple of outposts complete.

I even did in one whole outpost with bow and regular arrows, undetected, at range. That was awesome.

Cool story, I just took out a Outpost on my friends game that went down like this:

There were like 3 snipers on roofs, a Heavy patrolling, 2 dogs and about 4 grunts.

First thing I did was throw that animal bait stuff to get the dogs out of the out post, I then sniped both of them at once with one shot. Next thing I hear is a freaking bear and a Kitty in the area and shooting everywhere. (I guess they got attracted to the scent as well) So I stealth kill a sniper and use the knife throw at the other. I then in sequence jumped off the building and knife killed 2 grunts on the ground with the double air assassination. (A total accident since I didnt even know they were there but oh well). I then ran behind a building to see another grunt and sniper dead ahead of me. I stealth kill the grunt and throw the knife at the other sniper. I then here the heavy machine gun and last grunt shooting at the bear and kitty. The animals were basically destroying the heavy in close quarters combat but the grunt was behind him a ways back so I went behind him, pulled the pin on his grenade and kicked him into the commotion. Boom, the bear, kitty, heavy and grunt went out in a fiery explosion that was helped by a couple of barrels. Lol. One of the most awesome moments I have had in a game in a while.

The best thing was it all happened in about 30 seconds, back to back to back. I then after the cut scene I walked away from the outpost slowly just for that added bad *** effect.

I have yet to come across a heavy, but I know I have to take one on in the Nostalgia mission.

So I am loving the bow/arrow... used it for the first time on the medusa mission and just destroyed w/ it, can't wait until I can use some special arrows. Also need to craft a bigger quiver. Don't have the sniper yet, but need to get that one.

Running w/ an assualt rifle and bow/arrow. Was using a silenced Skorpion, but the one-shot kill w/ the bow is the way to go indeed.

Gonna do that mission where you have to destroy the guns before Vaas' men attacke the village.

So far I have taken down 3 outposts, done 2 radio towers, and saved the girl who was going to do that suicide pact....those damn komodos are some SOBs.
