I already have too much cash. What are things I should buy? I know weapons can be unlocked for free with the towers, but is that it?

Yeah, make bigger wallets with skins. Make sure you're buying armor every time you need it, which for me was quite often until the latter part of the game where I had it 'wired'.

Need to buy ammo...maps are handy for finding relics, letters and the like (good call, Jnes).

Yep, buy up those attachments. Guns are the only freebies from unlocking towers.

Cleared a base undetected last night. I'm nothing, but a shadow.

Did a headhunter mission. I was gonna do it stealth like, but "reinforcement" rebels kept coming and ****ing with the group and the target so I didn't have much of a choice.

Also, the story missions so far (got some blue mushrooms last night) have been absolutely insane.

Find one of the alarm boxes and disable it. That will help buy you some time before reinforcements come in. Plus it will earn you XP which you can use to learn more skills.

It wasn't a "base" it was a mercenary quest. I cased the perimeter to spot the target and his friends, but then my allies roll up unbeknownst to me and start popping caps everywhere. Idiots.

Find one of the alarm boxes and disable it. That will help buy you some time before reinforcements come in. Plus it will earn you XP which you can use to learn more skills.

Great point. Make it one of your first goals at every base, to sneak over to the switch and disable the alarm before you start knifing people LOL. Use stones to distract them. There is almost always two alarm switches, located at the base of the PA speaker poles.

Or you can shoot the boxes (preferably with a silent weapon) and that disables ONLY that one box. I'd usually use a sniper and take out all alarm boxes first and go from there.

That's what I do as well. I take out everything from a distance. I love it when every now and then I can just shoot a cage open and let some wild animal clear the base for me.

What's the best way to take out a shark?

I'm playing on Warrior and some of these animals are tough - namely the komodo dragon gang and the tigers.

Get in thar' and wrassle wit' em!!!

LOL, well that's ONE way.

I prefer to stand on the shore and shoot em with a sniper rifle myself. Even bow and arrow can work.

Does anyone know what the white flowers are used for? I completed the game last week and just realized I don't think I ever used them for anything...maybe I just wasn't paying attention?

Whites and blues are handy for concocting 'special' syringes...requiring a blend of different ones.

Do you know which ones in particular? I could have sworn I scrolled through all the syringes and didn't see any that required a white flower...unless I somehow made it through the main story without unlocking it?

That must be the case because I seem to recall needing them for some special recipes that I had unlocked later on. I'm sorry, I can't recall exactly what the recipes were for though

EDIT: I looked it up....you need white flowers for a medical syringe called Untouchable. I remember it was for a good one! It makes you invulnerable for it's duration.
