Did the Buck missions this weekend. Pretty fun. I feel like I'm getting to the point where a day of this game is enough for the week, though.

First alligator I saw was when I was swimming down the creek. Some local was walking towards the water and once he came up to the edge, the gator jumped out of the water and grabbed the guy. I nearly jumped when that happened, so awesome though.

Same happened to me, although I don't remember the place. I was swimming in some water and next thing I know I see the gator grab someone who was just standing there.

Picking this up along with Assassin's Creed 3 using a buy 2 get 1 free coupon from Best Buy for joining their Gamers Club Unlocked program. Coupon expires at the end of the month so I figure now is the perfect time to grab em since they're both on sale for $29.99.

And the backlog continues to grow. lol

Picking this up along with Assassin's Creed 3 using a buy 2 get 1 free coupon from Best Buy for joining their Gamers Club Unlocked program. Coupon expires at the end of the month so I figure now is the perfect time to grab em since they're both on sale for $29.99.

Finished Tomb Raider and I need to get back to this one. I like it a lot but I keep picking other stuff up that gets in the way. I've gotten all the upgrades just need to get back to the story which I'm still early in.

I really wanted to get Vaas and while I have enjoyed the hallucination sequences so far I felt like that one with Vaas cheapened the revenge just a bit. I wasn't even sure it was real until Sitra confirmed it (which also was a weird transition from fighting the "ink monster" into being rited with Sitra).

Also, I got annoyed by all the death fake-outs. How many times are they gonna go back to that well?

Vaas is compelling mainly because of the performance of the voice artist and not because of the story or character writing.

Once I fly over to Hyot's island can I fast travel back to the main island or am I stuck there for the remainder of the story?

Yes, once you complete the first mission on his island, you'll be able to fast travel back and forth.

OK, I know I'm late to the party on this game, but damn... I'm so glad I'm here now. This game just flat out rocks. Didn't get as far as I had planned last night, but I've got the whole weekend.

I've killed my first boars, collected some flowers, crafted my first few items, and took over my first outpost. I went to bed early this morning with this game on my mind. Now I've had a few hours sleep, and I'm ready to resume my assault on the island.

"Wolf Den this is Lone Wolf do you read?"
