Rainbow Six 3 will be coming out next week and everyone will be playing it. And, it's only $29.99. I'd look at getting it.

      What's better about it?

      - Way more maps on the PC. Most all of the maps on Xbox are from the original game, but the good ones are created by computer geeks. I'd say there are at least 100 other maps to play on the PC version, and some of them are unbelievable.

      - No lag at all on the PC. I'm sure this is how it is for any other PC FPS, but if my connection is bad, only I will lag, it will not affect anyone else.

      - You don't have to face Fetter.

      - There are a ton of servers, I'd say about 50 servers to chose from and the same people play on the same servers all the time. I used to play a map called D-Day2 which is similiar to beach, but 10x better. And the same 30 or so people would be on it at any given time of day.

      - The maps in the Xbox version are not the originals. I assume they shrunk them down because of the limited amount of people you can play on one map, but "Ice" for example is alot bigger PC then the Xbox version. Beach and most of the others are the same, but a few of them are slimmed down.

      - You can have 20 vs. 20 games on PC version, which may sound like a bit much but its great. Playing a map like the beach with 39 other people on your team is nuts. People blowing up everywhere, and getting the documents to the radio room is close to impossible, but it can be done.

      - The PC version feels alot faster. Using the sniper rifle on the Xbox is ok, but using it with a mouse is much better because you can move and aim alot quicker. Same goes for any other weapon.

I played RTCW for about a year and a half. The only reason why I stopped is because I started playing XBL and my old PC turned to sh!t.

I think Rainbow 6 has a great shot at being the new game. You can still run and gun, but you need to have a bit more strategy with your teammates. It'll all depend on the multiplayer maps and scenarios they have. Hopefully there'll be multiple ways to complete the scenario, so the terrorists have to watch different entryways. I never got too into counterstrike on PC, but it was fun. I just don't know if I'll want to play a kinda watered down xbox version or not
