Gamecube's price cut is claimed to be successful

    "GameCube Sales Quadruple In US
Nintendo of America officials are claiming that sales of the GameCube have quadrupled in the US, since the console was cut in price to $99.99. Although reliable sales figures are hard to come by this should, at least temporarily, see the GameCube outselling the Xbox for the first time this year.

Maybe Microsoft should do the same now.

It worked for me, I figured if I spent $99 on a GBA SP a while back then $99 on a Gamecube isn't that bad of a deal. I'm liking it so far, I just need to pick up a few more games.

I'll buy one when Resident Evil 4 comes out. Don't like the other games.
                      Good price though.
