Yeah, long drive from West Virginia.

Check shoryuken or testyourmight to see if there's anything going on in your area. That's how I found out about this arcade in Nashville that hosts monthly events.

Just type your city name or a popular nearby city into the search bar and see what comes up.

        Results:

Street Fighter Third Strike -- Playing as Dudley, lost in straight sets to Elena my first match, then ditto to Yun. Pretty close matches, just couldn't get a win.
        Spoiler

Mortal Kombat 9 -- Playing as Sheeva, lost a close opener to Johnny Cage. Won my next two matches handily against Scorpion and Jade. Got dominated by a Raiden that ended up taking second overall. Raiden kontinues to konfund me.

No footage from Street Fighter Third Strike since our console had no Internet, and no one bothered to record anything. There may be some footage from MK9 since a dude was shooting cell phone videos. I'll have to check around.

Good times! Funny that I did so well at Mortal Kombat considering I've barely touched the game since Third Strike came out.

The three or four guys at the top of this tournament were really darn good. Nightwolf (1st), Raiden (2nd), Sub Zero (3rd), Johnny Cage (4th) were all real impressive and totally out of my league haha.

I did good against the rest of the players, though. I think your Kitana could have done some damage against the middle part of the field. Dunno about the top 4, though. That was some top-level stuff I witnessed from them.

The guy who won this tournament actually went to MK9's EVO event and placed in the top 32.
